Registration terms and conditions

  1. Enrolment: Upon enrolment, a deposit of 20% of the course fees must be paid directly to our bank account in Spain or by sending a bank cheque (in pts.) with the enrolment form.

    N.B. The Bank's commission for direct transfers is not included in the course price.
  2. Please include a photocopy of the receipt as proof of payment.
  3. The school will confirm the student's enrolment by email and post and will send the address of the accommodation.
  4. The remainder of the course price and accommodation must be paid within the first two days of the course.
  5. In each level there is a maximum of 10 students; in high season classes can be held in the afternoon.
  6. The school will not give refunds if a student starts the course later than the marked enrolment date, is absent during any part of the course, or if the student leaves the class before the end of the course.
  7. In case of cancellation, the school reserves the right to retain 20% advance payment to cover costs.
  8. If, for personal reasons, the student leaves the accommodation, the full amount will not be refunded.
  9. Minimum age 18.
  10. Language exchange with Spanish people possible after 4 weeks of classes.
  11. On bank holidays: the lessons cannot be recovered. School holidays: 18.12.00 - 7.7.01.
  12. Our insurance doesn't cover accidents occuring outside the school.
  13. Students participating in the cultural programme have to pay their own transport costs, museum and cinema tickets.
  14. Ex-Tadem's students receive 10% discount.
